Transformation Inc has been developed not only to increase fitness and lean muscle, but to BURN FAT FAST! Sessions include; Kick Boxing, Cardio, Core Strength, Circuit Training and Strength Training and many more.
Launching on the Sunshine Coast in 2016 – Transformation Inc will literally transform the fitness industry. Specialising in outdoor fitness programs (with wet weather options available), the top fitness trainers on the Coast and suiting all levels of fitness.

What is Group Fitness? (bootcamp)

Training in a group environment is not only motivating, but it also challenges you to put in 100% and get the most from the session and the very best from you! Do I need to be fit to come to a transformation inc session?

We cater for ALL fitness levels. Whether you are super energetic and in your prime (looking for a new challenge and something fresh to motivate you) or you are couch potato and need to finally commit to a fitness regime – TI classes are catered for each individual in each session!
What do I need to bring along to my first session?
Please wear comfortable gym like (fitness) attire. You will be sweaty – so a towel and waterbottle are also a must! Comfortable, closed shoes are also needed. Other than that – just bring yourself and a smile!
How many sessions should I do per week to get results?
Most fitness companies/businesses say that you need to train 5 times a week to get results. Obviously there is a simple rule of thumb here – the more you put in, the harder you work – the quicker the results! But everyone is on a different schedule and path! If you can make it to 2 sessions a week – Great! Can commit to 5 or more sessions – also great!
Just get started – and you will be hooked!

TI has teamed up with leading fitness nutrition companies and professionals. We are here to assist YOU. Along with that – a member only online forum, resources and yummy nutritious meal ideas and health seminars are on the calendar frequently! We want you to transform – and with the support that we will give you – this is guaranteed!

All sessions rung for a duration time of 1 hour.
More locations coming around Australia soon!

Can I go to multiple locations/times during the week? Do I need to book in?

We recommend that you attend multiple sessions per week – but not only that – try some new locations as well. This will add the fun and variety to your sessions, you get to meet new friends and also new trainers at each location/session!!! How good is that! You pay for the sessions per week – you choose the locations!
You do NOT need to book in for sessions! Only your first session.

My friend wants to come along? Can I bring them?

Sure can! Either email them a link for a FREE PASS, Click here and print out voucher or just drag them along on the day! Ensure they are dressed for a session, bring ID (must be a local). They will also need to complete the health questionnaire and waiver when they arrive. SO please introduce them to the trainer on the day.


What is the 8 Week Challenge?

Time to RELOAD, RE-motivate and be inspired to find that NEW YOU!

An 8 week challenge that will ultimately transform you in more ways than one. Dedicated and fun fitness sessions, nutrition, fitness testing and accountability will all play an integral part in your new 2 months. Come along, meet some new friends, have some fun and get outside

What do I get ?

· Current fitness levels testing (Bioscan, fitness testing and evaluation)

How the winner is choose?

We are looking for a FULL transformation! You will be judged on 6 different areas based of points –

– Measurements (Composition change: muscle, fat, and body fat percentage)
– Food Diaries (weekly) – Log on website
– Attendance (3 sessions per week min which is 24 sessions in total)
– Fitness challenges – how you have improved
– Lifestyle change – the full package


How do I cancel my membership?

We understand that you cannot train with us forever! (unfortunately). Should you need to contact Transformation Inc – please call 1800 148 848 and discuss anything you need. All memberships take a full 30 days to cancel which means you can still keep training till the cancel date.

What happens if I am sick for a week?

Please contact us immediately if there is an emergency. Should you be a little under the weather – we recommend rest over training – see a doctor for more advice. Should you like to suspend your payments or extend your membership – see “can I suspend my payments”

Can I suspend payments?

Can I pause my training if I go on holidays?

What happens if it rains?

Transformation inc cannot unfortunately control the weather. Our training is outdoors, therefore we take the approach of training in all weather conditions. Obviously your safety is our number one priority – so if the ground is unsafe, electrical storm or other hazards – we will not train, or we will find alternate locations

How can I stay up to date on sessions and all things Transformation Inc?

All members of Transformation inc are invited to a member only facebook group, as well as weekly newsletters and forums!! Along with that – we are available night and day to take calls.
