Pre-workout by the bed

Transformation Inc bootcamp owner Mitch Woodward swears by this method: simply making up a shaker of pre-workout before you go to bed and drinking it as soon as you wake up in the morning. Then there’s no way you can go back to sleep and you’ll be feeling pumped to get to your Southport bootcamp session and proud of yourself for waking up!

 

Visualise your early wakeup before you go to sleep

Visualisation is an essential part of getting fitter and healthier, because as we say at Transformation Inc, if you can dream it, you can achieve it! Quite literally, if you visualise yourself jumping out of bed the next morning, pulling on your fitness gear and tying up your shoes bright and early for your Southport bootcamp, it will be so much easier to do the next morning. If you tell your brain ‘We WILL get out of bed for bootcamp in the morning!’ it’ll be the first thing it thinks of when your alarm goes off.

 

Go to bed earlier

Once you start going to your Southport bootcamp sessions this will happen naturally, as obviously, the earlier you wake up and the more energy you exert, the more exhausted you will be come nighttime, ready for a big rest to recharge your batteries. But then as your body feels healthier and full of energy it’ll become easier to rise and grind at our Southport bootcamps. So while it might be a challenge initially, it will pass and your mind and body will thank you for it!
